Christmas Delivery & Warehouse Closure
- Monday, 9 December 2024: last order date for best chance of delivery before Christmas.
- Monday, 23 December 2024: last order date for despatch before warehouse closure.
- Thursday, 9 January - Wednesday, 15 January 2025: warehouse closed for stocktake.
- Thursday, 16 January 2025: warehouse operations resume.
Road freight
- Orders over $2,000 ex GST will be freight free (road only).
- Orders under $2,000 ex GST will incur a road freight fee of $30 ex GST.
- Orders are despatched from our warehouse in Western Australia within 3 business days of order receipt. Despatch timeframes are subject to change during peak periods.
- Bulky or heavy items will incur additional freight charges and are applied during the checkout process.
- Dangerous Good (e.g., Jetboil Jetpower fuel) are shipped separately via road freight and incur an additional Dangerous Goods freight charge of $20 (ex GST). Fuel cannot be shipped via air freight.
Air freight
- All orders sent via Air Freight incur a charge of $22 + GST per box.
- Paddles are unable to be sent via air freight.
Tracking your order
Upon despatch of your order you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the link to where your order can be tracked. Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update on the carriers’ websites.
