Personal price and SOH report download Workflow
Save time with our new Personal Price and SOH Report feature. Once logged in, you can instantly download a customized spreadsheet showing your wholesale pricing, retail pricing, product availability, and more. Simply enter your order quantities directly in the file, then drag and drop it back into our site to instantly build your cart. Fast, accurate, and tailored to your needs—placing orders has never been easier.
Step 1: Log In
log into your account. Then, click “My Account” in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Access Your Report
A drawer will open. At the top, you'll see a message: “NEW! Your personal price and SOH report is available for download!”
Click “Download it here.” This will download a spreadsheet file to your computer.
Step 3: Open the Spreadsheet
Open the downloaded spreadsheet and click “Enable Editing” if prompted.
Step 4: Review Pricing and Availability
In the spreadsheet, you'll find the following:
- Column E: Your WS (Wholesale) Price
- Column F: List WS Price
- Column G: Retail Price
- Order QTY column: Enter the quantity you want to order for each SKU
Review product availability and pricing, enter desired order quantities, and save the spreadsheet.
Step 5: Import Your File
Return to stsdistributedbrands.com.au and click the “Import your CSV or Excel file” icon in the top-right corner.
On the import screen, drag and drop your saved file into the upload area.
Step 6: Review Your Items
After uploading, a list of Your Selected Items will appear. Review the items and click “Add to Cart”.
Step 7: Checkout
You're now ready to proceed to checkout and complete your order.
