PRO-DEAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Own it, love it, use it and save money at the same time. Our Pro-Deal program allows all currently employed retail staff members of STS Distributed Brands stockists to take advantage of great discounts on our gear for personal use.
In addition to our standard Terms & Conditions, Pro-Deals are subject to the following additional Terms and Conditions:
- You must be currently employed by a retail store that stocks our gear and has an approved STS Distributed Brands account.
- Access to Pro-Deal pricing requires prior approval from your manager.
- Pro-Deal orders will only be shipped to your place of employment.
- Product pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Pro-Deal discounts are subject to change without notice.
- All Pro-Deal prices include GST.
- Backorders are not permitted. Pro-Deal pricing is only available on available stock.
- Pro-Deals are intended for personal use only; purchases of multiple units of an item may lead to the rejection of your order either in its entirety or part thereof.
- Standard Australia-wide shipping of $10 (incl. GST) is charged on all Pro-Deal orders containing non-bulky items.
- Bulky item shipping is charged according to the freight calculator during the check-out process. Bulky items may be shipped separately and take longer to arrive.
- STS Distributed Brands reserves the right to suspend or cancel Pro-Deal access if it believes any of the Terms and Conditions have been breached.
- When you place an order through your Pro-Deal account, you agree to Sea to Summit undertaking such investigations as it deems reasonable to confirm that you are complying with its Pro-deal Terms & Conditions (including the employment condition). In some instances, this may result in a slight delay in processing of your Pro-Deal order.
